What is your OFSTED Rating? And what does it mean?

OFSTED is the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills. Ofsted inspect and regulate services that care for children and young people.

There is a 4-point grading scale used for inspection judgements:

  • Grade 1 (outstanding)
  • Grade 2 (good)
  • Grade 3 (requires improvement)
  • Grade 4 (inadequate)

People Who Foster’s last OFTSED inspection was undertaken in July 2023. The outcome of the inspection confirmed that People Who Foster provide effective services that meet the requirements for Good.
